Animal Policy

Regency Plaza allows cats and dogs as pets in the following building locations:

– Building 1: Cats only
– Building 2: Dogs and cats
– No animals are permitted in Building 3

• No unauthorized service and support animals or other animals are allowed without prior written consent.
• A photograph of your animal(s), as well as all inoculation records and an animal fact sheet signed and completed by the resident, must be provided to management prior to any authorization taking effect.
• Pet rent: $50 per cat and $65 per dog, per month in additional rent.
• No visiting pets are allowed.
• Dogs may not exceed 40 pounds.
• All cats and dogs must be spayed or neutered.
• No more than two pets per apartment are permitted.

Aggressive dog breeds, including but not limited to the following, are prohibited as pets:

• Pit Bull Terrier
• Staffordshire Terrier
• Rottweiler
• Doberman
• Chow Chow
• Presa Canario
• Akita
• Wolf Hybrids
• Alaskan Malamute
• German Shepherd

Management reserves the right not to accept a pet based on its breed or personality.
